Arrow

Dije que escribiría una reseña sobre Arrow y ha llegado el momento. La serie cuenta la historia de Oliver Queen, que tras cinco años en una isla después de un naufragio, vuelve convertido en un superhéroe que lucha contra la corrupción en su ciudad de origen, Starling City. Pero por supuesto todos los superhéroes tienen una identidad no secreta, y en este caso (y en algunos más) Oliver Queen es un mujeriego increíblemente rico.

I said I'd write a review on Arrow and the time is now. The series follows Oliver Queen, who after five years in a island following a shipwreck, comes back turned into a superhero who fights corruption in his hometown, Starling City. But of course every superhero has a non-secret identity, and in this case (and a few others) Oliver Queen is an incredibly rich playboy.

La serie está basada en Flecha Verde, el personaje creado por la compañía de cómics DC (los creadores de Batman, Superman, Linterna Verde o Aquaman) y que ya había aparecido en la serie Smallville.

The series is based on Green Arrow, a character created by DC comics (the creators of Batman, Superman, Green Lantern or Aquaman) and that had already appeared on Smallville.

La serie os enganchará porque cuenta dos historias: la vida de Oliver una vez que ha vuelto y su acciones como el vigilante, y su vida mientras está en la isla. Y las dos están llenas de secretos y revelaciones que harán que queráis ver capítulo tras capítulo.

The serie will hook you because it tells two stories: the life of Oliver once he's back and his actions as the vigilante, and his life while he was in the island. And both of them are full of secrets and revelations that will make you want to watch episode after episode.

Además, los whovians estarán contentos por ver a un par de caras conocidas, siendo la primera la de John Barrowman, que interpreta a otro poderoso millonario de Starling City...

Also, whovians will be happy to see a couple of familiar faces, first of them being John Barrowman's, who plays another powerful millionaire of Starling City...

...Y la otra la de Alex Kingston, que aparentemente se dejó los rizos en la Tardis.
